— WHO ARE WE? —

I’m Rhys Williams, an English professional soccer player and the founder of Time to Shine Soccer. Having played collegiate soccer at three U.S. colleges, including JUCO & the NCAA, I have first-hand experience navigating the recruiting process and understand what it takes to succeed at both the college and professional levels.

I am committed to helping players develop, get seen by college coaches, and ultimately earn a college commitment. I value building a strong one to one relationship with every player so I can truly understand their goals, needs, and ambitions. My goal is to help each player find the right school and opportunity for both the player and their family.
